Early Talent and Management Development

JLR is a British multinational automobile manufacturer which produces luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicles. Jaguar Land Rover is a subsidiary of Tata Motors and employs almost 40,000 employees. We have been collaborating with JLR on learning programmes for several years. All UK JLR graduates undertake our Core Skills Programme which, over four blended learning journeys, prepares early talent with the critical human skills and commercial awareness to help them make a quick and valuable contribution. We also provide human skills development for JLR’s Production Leader and Group Leader Academies and design and deliver the blended Managers’ Essentials programme for hundreds of JLR managers.

Richard was an extremely good facilitator. I felt extremely comfortable sharing information that I otherwise probably wouldn't, as he made it feel a safe and secure environment. His activities were engaging and allowed us to dive deeper into who we are as a person. He also encouraged collaboration and engagement between the graduates which is great as we still don't really know each other well, so this helped us to get to know one another.
Hannah Morton , JLR

Geberit is the European market leaders for sanitary products. With around 12,000 employees in 50 countries, their production network encompasses 26 production facilities, of which 4 are located overseas. Effective Negotiation

UKSE have been helping businesses impacted by changes in the steel industry with investments, loans, and premises since 1975. The UKSE Investment Team wanted their widely-dispersed team to engage in critical skills building and team building. We designed and delivered a highly-immersive, active, face-to-face learning programme for the UKSE team which embedded the UKSE approach and ethos. The programme theme was negotiation skills. The Investment Team developed their communication and influencing skills while exploring how to build trust and rapport, overcome obstacles, and address the balance of power. The learning was brought together in the context of a real UKSE scenario to ensure the team experienced maximum impact and transfer of learning.
