Ashorne Hill caters for guests with a range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free diets. All food served at Ashorne Hill is checked against an allergen matrix to identify any of the 14 recognised allergens and our food and beverage team have all completed Allergen Awareness training with Navitas Safety.
When dining in our restaurants, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your meal. Any dishes prepared for special diets or allergen requirements will be clearly marked with a “free-from” label, giving you confidence that you have been served the correct meal.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please inform us prior to your arrival and we will be happy to guide you through our menus to make sure your stay is any enjoyable experience.
Our chefs are also happy to discuss and accommodate special dietary requirements related to religious needs.
