How do I get to Ashorne Hill?

From M40 travelling southbound leave the motorway at junction 14 (please note there is no southbound exit from the M40 at junction 13). Go straight over the mini roundabout. At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted for A452 Gaydon. After two miles turn right at the sign for Ashorne Hill Conference Centre. The entrance to the centre is 500 yards on the right.

From the M40 travelling northbound leave the motorway at junction 13 Turn left onto the B4100 towards Gaydon. After half a mile turn right at the sign for Ashorne Hill Conference Centre. The entrance to the Centre is 500 yards on the right.

From M1 southbound leave at Junction 21 signed M69 towards Coventry. Continue to end of M69 and follow signs A46 towards Coventry. At Coventry Airport major roundabout follow signs for A46 Warwick and Stratford (also signed A45 Birmingham). Take slip road onto A46 Warwick/Stratford and continue on dual carriageway to junction with M40. Head southbound towards London. Follow the directions as for M40.

From M1 northbound leave at Junction 17, M45. M45 ends and becomes A45. Continue on the A45 towards Coventry. At Coventry Airport major roundabout follow signs for A46 Warwick/Stratford (also signed A45 Birmingham). Take slip road onto A46 Warwick/Stratford and continue on dual carriageway to junction with M40. Head southbound towards London. Follow the directions as for M40. From M6 Take M42 to junction 3a with the M40. Exit at junction 14 and follow directions from M40 Southbound.

From M5 join M42 and exit at Junction 3A with the M40. Follow the directions as for M40.

Can I park at Ashorne Hill?

There is plenty of parking (over 300 spaces) in secure flood lit car parks, free of charge. Please park in the sign posted visitors car parks. Parking for disabled persons is available at the front of the main house and in close proximity to the accommodation buildings. Ashorne Hill also has charging points available for electric cars and a secure bike rack for those who choose to cycle.

What are the Check-in/Check out times when staying overnight?

When staying overnight at Ashorne Hill, the check-in time is 2:30pm. The check-out time is 9:30am. If you would like a late check-out, please contact reception (charges will apply). We also have a luggage storage service if you need to store your belongings throughout the day.

Meeting Rooms
What hours are meeting rooms available from?

Our day rate or room hire is valid from 8am to 6pm. Meetings extended outside these times may incur an additional charges

Where do my delegates go on arrival?

On arrival please ask your delegates to check in at our main reception where they will then be directed to their meeting room

How often are meeting rooms refreshed?

Meeting rooms will be refreshed during your lunch break. Water and meeting room snacks will be replenished during this time

Do you offer group accommodation check-in?

We offer a group check-ins and would need to be notified of this request when returning your final details form.

What time is lunch available when attending a conference?

Lunch will be booked for your group at 1pm unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance of the event.

What time is dinner available when attending a conference?

Dinner is available from 6pm – 8:30pm. The time to be agreed with host each day unless a private dine has been pre-arranged

Where are refreshments served?

Refreshments are unlimited and consist of tea, coffee, flavoured water, cakes/pastries and snacks. Refreshments are available on three separate stations across the site. Please ask a member of staff for direction to your closest refreshment area

How do I get help on the day?

During your stay
What will I need to bring with me to Ashorne Hill?

Ashorne Hill is committed to a five-year carbon management plan to minimise our impact on the environment, so we actively encourage visitors to bring their own water bottles which can be re-filled at our hydration stations.  We also encourage them to bring their own notepads to reduce paper waste.

During colder months, appropriate clothing such as coats and wellies may be needed for outdoor activities.

Is there a hairdryer in my room?

All bedrooms are equipped with Freeview TV, Hospitality Tray, Toiletries, Wireless Internet, Hairdryer, Iron, and Ironing Board.

If you require additional facilities for a medical reason (for example a fridge to store medication) please do get in touch.

Can I have a Double room?

Ashorne Hill has over 110 guest rooms with double beds. On request, a portion of these can be adjusted to accommodate more than one guest. However, we do not have provisions for family rooms, children, or pets.

Where can I smoke when I am at Ashorne Hill?

There is no smoking (including vaping) in our main building and bedrooms.

Smoking is permitted outside, for example on the Terrace which is covered all year round, and of course you are welcome to walk around our lovely grounds.

Can I print additional resources?

Ashorne Hill does provide business services such as printing, however these services may incur additional charges.

Food and drink
Are there vegetarian options available for lunch and dinner?

We cater for all dietary requirements and aim to provide healthy eating options – more than 40% of the food served is vegetarian or vegan, and all food allergen information is displayed.  Please let us know in advance of any food allergies or intolerances.

Can I bring my own food?

There are no facilities for guests to bring their own food.  However, we have a restaurant that accommodates up to 200 guests, private dining spaces, bar, and our refreshment stations offer snacks throughout the day.

Is there a shop onsite?

You can purchase items, such as a dental kit including a toothbrush, from reception for £2. Alternatively, the nearest supermarket is Sainsburys which is located at Leamington Shopping Park, Tachbrook Park Drive, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick CV34 6RH.

Leisure
What time is the bar open?

The opening times are: 5.00pm – 11.00pm.

Please note that there is no night porter drinks service.

Bar Menu Available: Monday – Thursday, 6pm – 9pm

Is there a gym I can use?

Ashorne Hill has an on-site gym which is open from 6.00am – 10.00pm. This is an unsupervised facility and can be accessed using your room key (obtained from reception on check-in).
