Psychometrics

We support our learning with a range of tools and activities. These include psychometric assessments, personal and team profiling models.

We are experienced in using Insights Discovery, MBTI, DiSC and Belbin amongst others. This psychometric approach offers learners the opportunity to enhance their emotional intelligence and develop meaningful relationships with others.

Accreditations

Our qualified L&D professionals design and deliver accessible blended learning solutions. We are accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Our Learning Environment

All our learning and development solutions are created in-house and delivered either online, blended, or face-to-face.

Virtual classrooms allow our expert facilitators to work with you wherever you’re based, while our face-to-face events encourage the exploration of new skills and knowledge as well as peer-to-peer learning. Our experiential learning promotes a collaborative experience for all learners.

We also offer micro modules with a step-by-step approach, giving learners a firm understanding of the topic at their own pace.

Wellbeing Experiences

Our wellbeing experiences are set in the beautiful surroundings of Ashorne Hill in the Warwickshire countryside.

Delegates are invited to switch off from technology and distraction, helping them to reset and recharge. The range of indoor and outdoor activities encourages connection to nature and enhances wellbeing. Our guests leave feeling refreshed and inspired, with lots of ideas to improve their health and happiness back in everyday life.
