Ashorne Hill has entered a Strategic Partnership Agreement with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and will support the accredited qualifications of 350 high performers and established managers in 2018.
As part of the agreement, Ashorne Hill will offer CMI accredited Leadership and Management qualifications as well as Leadership and Management Apprenticeships at Levels 3 and 5.
Ashorne Hill has been a “Learning Solutions Provider” for over 50 years, specialising in tailored learning programmes. These programmes address specific business objectives and address both individual and organisational learning. Ashorne Hill is a registered apprenticeship training provider for apprenticeship programmes, and these will be focused on creating organisational benefit alongside a high-quality apprenticeship experience, delivered through digital learning, workshop events and work-related coaching conversations.
Ashorne Hill’s in-house digital learning team, has set up a unique Virtual Learning Academy to support all our programmes, this includes access to Ashorne Hill’s branded ManagementDirect, the CMI’s online portal, containing more than 15,000 study resources. The Virtual Learning Academy provides participants with single-sign access, allowing self-management of the learning pathway, the digital learning management system then ensures tracking and visibility of all learning activity.
