Rich is an experienced learning and development professional who has managed national teams and global L&D initiatives. He has delivered a wide range of training, expanding skills in knowledge, performance and business results. Rich’s specialist areas include facilitation, coaching and mentoring.

With 25 years learning and development experience, Rich had predominantly worked in the financial services sector, managing national teams for Allianz and NFU Mutual.

Rich has also ran his own learning and development consultancy business, working with PWC and their audit clients. Before joining Ashorne Hill he had the responsibility for reviewing and managing the redesign of Jaguar Land Rover’s global retailer sales training.
