Booking Terms
Each room includes:
- Meeting room, flipchart, pads and pencils, water, unlimited refreshments, lunch, Wi-Fi and car parking.
- The meeting room will be set boardroom style.
- Refreshments will be available from your arrival and located in our Great Hall or Concourse.
Cancellation of confirmed booking
The client may cancel a confirmed booking on the condition that a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice of the cancellation is given prior to the date of the event. A full refund will be given on any payments made. Bookings cancelled between 2 weeks and 3 days prior to the booking date will be charged 50% of the event charges. Bookings cancelled under 3 days prior will be subject to 100% cancellation charges. Should a Pandemic cause Ashorne Hill to close, as directed by the Government, then no cancellation charges will apply.
