Kellie is an enthusiastic and business focused Leader and Learning and Development professional who is able to integrate into the academic world. Personal style is engaging, pragmatic and challenging with a focus on ensuring measures of success and return on investment are agreed and demonstrated. Strengths include strategic thinking and tactical implementation, organisational culture and change, business partnering, one to one and team coaching and facilitation and Leadership and Management Development. Experienced as a training provider working on the design , delivery and assessment of Apprenticeship programmes using Level 5 and Level 6 Apprenticeship standards.
