An AC Master Executive Coach with 25 years of experience working with leaders, managers and their teams, to facilitate positive change and sustainable performance improvement.

Jill’s overriding purpose is to help people to be happy, engaged and fulfilled at work, so that they can be at their very best every single day. She does this predominantly by working with the managers and leaders who are responsible for creating the environment in which they can achieve this. She uses a combination of consulting, facilitating and coaching, according to the client need.
