Once we’ve received your booking, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a booking reference number. Please note our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation of confirmed booking

There will be no charge for clients who cancel a confirmed booking if notice is given by email a minimum of 24 hours before the date of the stay. Any cancellations after this period will not be refunded.
