Alistair is a change management practitioner, facilitator, coach and mentor with over 35 years of experience supporting organisations through successful organisational transformation.  He has supported employees at all levels (leadership, management and individual contributors) in the identification, development and application of required knowledge, skills and behaviours associated with personal, professional and organisational change.

Alistair is an experienced leadership and management coach and facilitator, dedicated to the engagement and contribution of employees at all levels.  He co-authored “The Employee Engagement Mindset” (McGraw-Hill) in 2012 and was awarded the Oxfordshire Football Association Coach-of-the-Year Award in 2018 for his 20 years dedication to embedding the FA values while coaching within the grass-roots game.

Alistair’s Accreditations 

He was educated at Edinburgh University (BSc Hons in Chemistry)

The Marriott Business School (MBA) at Brigham Young University (BYU) in the USA.

Prior to his MBA, Alistair worked for ICI before joining the graduate management programme at Air Products & Chemicals where he worked in International Business Development, Finance (Germany), sales and marketing.

Post MBA, Alistair managed the Global Product Marketing team at Novell (USA), returning to the UK in 1997 within the role of EMEA VP of Marketing and Sales Development, before co-founding Emenex in 2001.
