Confirmation
Once we’ve received your booking a confirmation along with a booking reference number will be sent to you via email. Once confirmed the booking will be in line with our terms and confirmation below:
Cancellation of confirmed booking
The client may cancel a confirmed booking with no charge on the condition that a minimum 24 HOURS notice by email of the cancellation is given prior to the date of the stay. Charges will be not be refunded under this notice period.
