Packages

Ashorne Hill is a dedicated conference centre in Leamington Spa, set in 35 acres of stunning Warwickshire countryside and based around a Grade II listed Manor House. With modern facilities for meetings, business training, team events and networking, it offers the perfect learning environment in an idyllic country setting.

Day Delegate Package

Every meeting package includes the following as standard, and we’re always happy to chat through any special requests you might have.

  • Hire of a main meeting room
  • Audio visual equipment in all main meeting rooms including data projector, screen and flipchart
  • Dedicated events expert on hand to help with all the finer details and AV support
  • Three-course hot or cold lunch served in the Cedar Restaurant or Beech dining room
  • Free and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the venue
  • Complimentary refreshments available throughout the day including teas and coffees
  • Meeting rooms equipped with notepads, pens, name cards, water and sweets
  • Water is free flowing from the refreshment stations, and we encourage you to bring refillable bottles to reduce plastic waste
  • Free, secure car parking on site with access to EV charging stations
24-hour Delegate Package

The 24-hour Delegate package includes everything in our standard Day Delegate package, plus a lot more:

  • Hire of a main meeting room
  • Audio visual equipment in all main meeting rooms including data projector, screen and flipchart
  • Dedicated events expert on hand to help with all the finer details and AV support
  • Three-course hot or cold lunch served in the Cedar Restaurant or Beech dining room
