Insights Discovery® is a leading psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung that provides people with a better understanding of themselves and others. The programme uses a simple four-colour energy model (Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue) where people can learn more about their preferred working styles, behaviours, and values. The aim of Insights Discovery® is to ensure people and teams can create practical ways of working to develop a productive and positive workplace culture.

The Challenge

Many of our clients wanted to develop and strengthen team relationships to create a more effective workplace environment. The primary goals were to enhance team communication, build stronger relationships with key stakeholders, and develop a productive and engaging workplace.

The Structure

Everyone who takes part in the Insights Discovery® programme receives a personal Insights profile detailing their preferred working styles and behaviours. It recognises what their dominant energies are and how they are able to work with others who have different preferences and values. Groups are then taken on their Insights journey which delves further into their profiles and unpacks ways individuals can improve and understand specific strengths and development areas.
