Learning and Development Assoiciate at Ashorne Hill

Bankie has a ‘lifetime’ of coaching experience beginning in 1977 when his sporting ability clashed with his responsibilities as an Army cook. This was when he began his journey to become a fully qualified Army Physical Training Corps Instructor. The two-year journey qualified him as a ‘coach’ in a wide number of sports disciplines from Boxing Referee to Basketball Coach from Swimming Teacher to Abseil Instructor!

Bankie is an ILM 7 qualified senior executive coach and in 2009 joined Vistage International, the world’s foremost coaching organisation for the development of Chief Executives, where for 12 years he ran two CEO peer-to-peer private advisory groups. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership.
