Learning and Development Assoiciate at Ashorne Hill
Ann has worked in learning and development for 30 years with experience in designing, delivering and assessing personal leadership and management development. This has included individual and team development, executive coaching and career support and organisational development for a range of clients (including JLR, GE Aerospace, AWE, Fire and Rescue Services, Schools, Aston Martin, Turning Point).
She has also delivered longer Degree based Apprenticeship programmes enabling an evidence-based and theory-informed approach to learning and development.
Ann is also experienced in applying a range of approaches and relevant diagnostic tools through a person-centred approach to enable personal change and development.
