The programme has been independently verified by The Institute of Leadership. This means it has been reviewed against The Institute’s evidence-based standards for leadership development.
Designed for emerging professionals, the Advantage Graduate Programme helps graduates build the leadership foundations they need in today’s workplace. The programme focuses on practical learning and workplace application, helping learners develop the confidence to contribute with greater clarity.
As part of the Institute Approved programme, learners receive a Studying Membership to The Institute of Leadership. This gives them access to The Institute’s online leadership development resources through its award-winning e-learning tool, MyLeadership.
On completion, learners receive external recognition of their development through a Certificate of Achievement. They are also eligible for an upgrade to Professional Membership of The Institute of Leadership, which includes postnominal letters and digital credentials.
