A goal orientated and an effective communicator Sacha enjoys encouraging and inspiring others.

Sacha’s leadership and management skills enabled her to create a culture within her work practice. Passionate about coaching and mentoring, and how it can raise awareness, and when delivered with empathy and good humour that has been developed through her experience, has enabled her to help people to reach their full potential, offering positive motivation and results-based actions.

With over 1000 hours of coaching under her belt and enjoy the process of assisting people with raising their awareness and helping them achieve their objectives more quickly and efficiently than if they were to do it alone by asking powerful questions that enhance the coaching sessions.

Sacha’s empathetic listening skills allows her to uncover the clients’ beliefs and move them forward in their desire to achieve their personal or business goals. Including humour and fun into the sessions creates enhanced working relationships, has successfully coached and mentored individuals and teams at a Law firm, Mercedes Benz Vans and Trucks, National Windscreens and JLR.

As well as this, Sacha coaches small business owners using behavioural analysis tools to assist them to achieve promotions and new ways of thinking around their leadership style to achieve their objectives. As well as this, Sacha has written a ‘How to adopt a coaching leadership style’ programme for UK RGIS and is currently delivering a Essential Mangers programme at Ashorne Hill for JLR.
