With over seven years as a Learning and Development facilitator and trainer, and 13 years of experience in coaching and developing talent for management and leadership roles, Max has dedicated his career to helping individuals unlock their full potential. His focus on enhancing knowledge, skills, and behaviours has allowed him to thrive in both private and public sectors, facilitating learning at all levels.
Specialising in designing and delivering tailored learning programmes that are interactive, engaging, and impactful. Max firmly believes that learning should be fun, and he strives to create an enjoyable and effective learning experience for everyone involved.
