Terri Pettifer-Eagles

Learning and Development Assoiciate at Ashorne Hill

A pragmatic solution focused coach, Terri is passionate about helping people add value in their business, professional and personal lives. Having experience in helping people ‘see’ how they can take more control in moving towards their desired goals, Terri helps to develop their potential and that of the people around them.

Having spent the last 15 years working with senior management teams in many different environments I have learnt that we all face similar challenges in our professional and personal lives, someone who ‘really’ listens and then asks the right ‘killer’ questions is worth their weight in gold; getting you to where you want/need to go faster.

With my background in psychology, I have also worked with Dupont and Tata Steel delivering behavioural safety and human factors work in high-risk environments. Latterly, utilising behavioural science techniques to introduce and embed ‘inclusive cultures’ in professional service firms.
