Ashorne Hill, the award-winning training and meeting venue in Leamington Spa has improved its enquiry handling service by offering an online service to book, full day and half day meeting packages for up to eight delegates.

With the change in working patterns and the shift to hybrid working the venue has seen an increase in enquires for these smaller meeting rooms from a range of industries. They are an ideal chance for teams to get back together for monthly meetings, face-to-face catch up and one to ones.

To meet this demand, these small meeting rooms can now also be booked simply and easily online with bookers getting a confirmation of their booking within 24 hours. Delegates will now be able to benefit from the full delegate full of added extras experienced by larger bookings.

Half day delegate prices start from £30 plus VAT per delegate and £45 per delegate plus VAT for the full day.

Day delegate package includes:

  • Meeting room hire, flipchart, pads and pencils, water, unlimited refreshments, lunch, Wi-Fi and car parking
  • Half day includes the above without lunch
  • The meeting room will be set boardroom style
  • Refreshments will be available from your arrival and located in our Great Hall or Concourse
  • Lunch will be a restaurant lunch served in our main dining room or as a boxed lunch to the meeting room
