Our innovative, creative and highly skilled chefs, offer choice and variety using seasonal local produce wherever possible. Special diets are catered for and a vegetarian option is always available. Private dining is available upon request and choices can be made from an imaginative selection of menus, or our Head Chef would be happy to discuss specific requirements for fine dining.
Our hospitality services team work together to enhance your experience at Ashorne Hill and take pride in their work. Stuart our Head Chef was awarded a Silver medal at this years Salon Culinaire and Carlo, our Sous Chef was awarded Bronze medal in the CCE annual chef’s competition in 2005 and 2007.
